Special Instructions
All services require a non-refundable 15% deposit towards your final cost. If you should cancel an appointment or service not performed at no fault of the stylist, your deposit will not be refunded nor transferred to another appointment date. One deposit transfer is allowed within 30 days of the appointment date. You must reschedule 48 hours before the appointment to transfer the deposit. Final payment is accepted in cash or zelle. Card swipe is available with a 2.7 % convenience fee. Please be courteous to your stylist and other clients, and arrive on time. No late fee will occur, but after 20 minutes, you will be asked to reschedule. Please, no extra guests while being serviced. Shampoo service is included with your appointment. If you choose to arrive fully prepped, please be freshly shampooed and thoroughly blow-dried. Do not apply any oils or heavy moisturizers to your hair. Leave-in conditioner is okay to use while blow drying; NO heavy heat protectants. If you need additional tips on how to prep, please text 904-345-1548. If you are not product-free or have a build-up on the hair or scalp, you will have to be shampooed.
